Annual checkup
Visual inspection of the firebox, damper, smoke chamber, and all accessible flue sections. Covers creosote classification, cap and crown condition, and draft performance. Right for any routine yearly inspection.
Best for: annual maintenance before the heating season
Level 2 — Full
Camera + report
Everything in Level 1, plus camera inspection of the full flue liner, attic and accessible crawl space areas, detailed photo documentation, and a written report. Required by most buyers, insurers, and real estate contracts.
Best for: home sale, after a chimney fire, changing fuel type
